Shipping Coverage
We ship across the United States (all 50 states), including Alaska and Hawaii. Some products are also eligible for international shipping—please contact us for details.
Shipping Timeframes
Processing Time: 1–5 business days
Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days
Expedited Delivery (if available): 4–7 business days
Some products may arrive in separate packages depending on the supplier and warehouse location.
Tracking Information
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly from our order tracking page or contact us via WhatsApp for updates.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on many items. Some larger or specialized products may include a shipping fee, clearly noted at checkout.
Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most items if they meet the following conditions:
Item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
You contact us for return approval before shipping it back

Return Process
Contact us to initiate a return.
We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
You ship the item back (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless item was damaged or incorrect).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
If the return is due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we will also refund the shipping cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours
Provide photo proof and order number
We’ll replace or refund it promptly at no extra cost
