Ordering & Shipping
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our processing time is 1–5 business days. After your order is shipped:
- Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days
- Expedited delivery (if available) takes 4–7 business days
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Many of our products include free standard shipping. Any exceptions or shipping fees are clearly noted during checkout.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. However, if you’re outside the U.S., feel free to reach out on WhatsApp—we may be able to help.
4. Will my items arrive in one package?
Not always. Some products ship from different warehouses or suppliers, so they may arrive in multiple packages.
5. How do I track my order?

6. What if I didn’t receive my tracking number?
Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it, message us on WhatsApp or email support@equipnova.com.
Returns & Refunds
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense unless damaged or incorrect.
8. How do I start a return?

The reason for the return
Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
We’ll guide you through the return steps.
9. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes, the following are not eligible for return:
Opened fitness or personal-use accessories
Customized or assembled items
Final sale or clearance items
Any product labeled non-returnable
10. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.
11. How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3–10 business days to your original payment method.
12. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide:
A photo of the item
Order number
Brief description of the issue
We’ll issue a replacement or full refund immediately.
